 Have you ever been so angry or upset that all you could think about was the person that has treated you so horrible.  You think about what you could have said or have done, when you could be enjoying time with your family or friends. The person who offended you is receiving all of your energy. Many of my life failures has been caused by these feelings.
  When you learn to forgive others you will release these negative thoughts. They will not have power over you. Forgiveness is a gift hidden in plain sight. It cost nothing and is worth millions.  If you harness the power of forgiveness you will be revered,sought after,and wealthy.You will also be forgiven by others.
   The truth about forgiveness is that it is not a reward that can be earned, it's a a gift to be given. When you forgive you free your spirit to release the anger and hatred stored in your heart. It frees you to pursue your future unencumbered by the past. And forgiveness, granted to others becomes a gift to yourself. The key to everything your future holds is forgiveness. 
   The first person you must forgive is yourself. When you learn to forgive yourself and stop being angry at yourself you are able to start living a life free of guilt and shame. You free yourself from your past and you move on. By the act of forgiving you are no longer consumed by unproductive thoughts. You give up bitterness. It is Impossible to fight an enemy in your head. By forgiving yourself you erase the doubts, fears and frustrations that has kept your past in your present.

  One only has to get online for 5 minutes or to watch television(  if people still do that ) And they will hear facebook mentioned in conversation somewhere. Its because everybody is on it and the best thing is more people are getting on everyday. There is a reason . recently I have had the importunity to hear some of the top earners in my primary opportunity do extensive training on FB marketing. Whats great is that it works in every business. Here are my top five insights on their training.
   When a 26 year old who has made millions using these same techniques saids Start a Fan page , you start a fan page. A fan page is a must in Internet Marketing or promoting on Facebook, FB has helped local singers to local non profit organizations and local businesses grow. It helped get a special needs playground in my home town. Just start a Fan Page. Invite your friends to join and share.
  Face book ads, with ads you can laser target your customers, this is powerful.  Having a catchy title or attention grabber head line. Struggling for leads ( customers )? From parents basement to 50K plus a month ex. Have interesting titles that you can use to target certain groups. Keywords and labels can bring customers to you you that are already interested ..
    Create events, host online group chats or webinars with a small group of leads or promote a presentation that you or a friend are giving. Invite 100 people. ( not all going to show). Promote your friends pages and events.
   Massive action, Engage your fans ask them questions. Join in conversations and forums. Start a conversation. A friend of mine started  a 35 minute conversation involving at least 12 different people with one  syllable ( yo ). Get involved Don't just use 1 ad or one group, target different ages at different times of day. Test multiples of ads.
   Daily Do list and fb schedule. Have a list of things you want to accomplish that day on fb. Create new ads , prospect friends list. write updates and blogs.
   I have always said FB is either the best thing to happen to us or the worse, It is what we make it.    

Being thankfull

   One of the keys to happiness is having a thankful heart.When you have a thankful heart it is impossible to be depressed.A thankful heart is full of joy. As we celebrate this thanksgiving season we should tell people how thankful we are of them.
   I am thankful for many things and people this year. I am most thankful for Jesus Christ.For with out Jesus I would be destined to an eternity in hell.He is the reason for the season.
   I am also thankful for my family. Like all families we have our differences but in the end we are still family and we will always be there for each other.
   I am thankful for my friends, for many years my only friends were my co-workers.  When you work in construction you don't always work with the same people for very long. So did not have many lasting friendships. Without friends the world is a lonely place.
   I am thankful for my country. I love America and will always stand up for her.  I am thankful that in America we can not only dream of a better life for our loved ones and our self, but we can also achieve them.I am thankful that I can openly worship Jesus Christ.
  So as we come to this time of year we should remember to be thankful for all the good things that life has to offer and to be thankful all year around.

Choose to be Happy

   Happiness is a choice. Happiness is the end result of certain thoughts and activities, which actually brings about a chemical reaction in your body.
    We all have heard that laughter is the best medicine. Greet each with Laughter, when you first wake up laugh for seven seconds. Excitement will flow through you bloodstream. You will feel different. You will be enthusiastic about what the day will hold, alert to the possibilities that the day brings. Laughter is the outward expression of enthusiasm. People are drawn to a person with laughter in there heart.
    Your smile is your best and most potent weapon you have, smile at every person you meet. A smile can forge bonds, break the ice, and calm storms. People who comes in contact with you on a daily basis will choose to further your cause or follow you Always smile first, your smile displays a good attitude. Your smile is key to your emotional makeup. Discouragement, despair, frustration, and  fear will flee when confronted with a smile.
   Be a possessor of a grateful spirit. It is hard to be discouraged when you are grateful. It is impossible for seeds of depression to take root in a thankful heart. You are blessed with many things from God. All ways remember to be grateful for them.
  Laugh, smile, and be thankful. Choose to be happy today. 

A Decided Heart

  The truth is never dependent of the consensus. It is better to be alone and acting upon the truth in your heart than to follow the foolish masses into mediocrity.  The masses crucified Christ. When we worry about what others think you will have more confidence in their opinion than you have in your own. If you are afraid of criticism you will die doing nothing.
   Passion is a product of the heart. Passion breeds conviction and turns mediocrity into excellence. It motivates others to join you in your pursuit of excellence.Passion overcomes insurmountable obstacles. Most people fail at what ever they attempt because they have a undecided heart.Success requires  commitment ,determination, and a decided heart. 
   The undecided heart searches for an escape, A undecided heart is a heart that is shuffling left and right, more backward than forward. Shifting with the wind. Criticism, condemnation, and complaint are creatures of the wind.
  A decided heart has passion. It has a vision of the future. A decided heart does not look back. It has a dream- a dream of greatness. A decided heart never apologizes or will it ever let up at its dream. It solves problems, it measures out the facts and moves forward. Problems become smaller when confronted.  

Taking Action

  The past is gone, you can not change what has happened but the future is yours to make.  If we dwell on the past we miss the chance to enjoy the present and do not take action to make the future better. A person who moves ether left or right is destined for mediocrity.
 Wealth and prosperity hide from the sluggard but rich rewards come to those that act quickly. Slothfulness is one of the 7 deadly sins. Always walk with a spring in your step and a smile.  By taking action you are leading. By taking action you make your own future.
    A person who takes action inspire others to follow. People get out of the way from someone that is running.others get caught up in the wake. To keep up with some one taking action means you have to take action also.
  God has given us a mind to gather information and also the courage to make a decision. Have a strong commitment and a clear goal and do not fear.  Successful people make quick decisions.

Seeking Wisdom

  God gave King Solomon the Choice of what he wanted most, and wisely he chose wisdom. He must have been pretty smart all ready.Wisdom waits to be gathered. Knowledge is wisdom. and in today's world knowledge is everywhere,.. We should be seeking wisdom in all that we do. When we find it we should engulf ourselves in it.
   Train your eyes and ears to read and listen to books and recordings that encourage and bring about positive changes.Read books on subjects on your passions. Listen to tapes by leaders in your field. 
   Choose your friends with care. become friends wist like minded people, people that have the same passions that you have. People that you have similar taste with. Choose people that you admire.  If you associate with eagles, you will learn to soar to great heights.
   Listen to the council of wise men Words of the wise can sometime be like raindrops on dry dirt. They are precious and can be used for immediate application. When you counsel with wise men you add his knowledge to yours which gives you more power.
  Be a servant.  A servant's spirit will attract people to you like no other attribute you have. Open door's for people. Help people with their bags, An random act of kindness goes a long way. 

Half off sale

  The EU has decided to have a 1/2 off sale. This deal is going to cut the value of Greece's currency in half.  This is going to cause massive hyper-inflation the next 6 months to a year. I mean do they really think this is going to work. Print more Fiat money and food stamps.
  Expect #gold and #silver prices to spike some to day as reaction to the deal starts sinking in to investors. Silver will reach its usual resistence at $34 an oz. but it should break through after lunch.

Daily chart has sketched a long, narrow triangle. Generally the further out into the triangle's nose a market trades, the less spectacular the eventual breakout. However, SILVER has been so strong -- rising 303.1c since 20 October -- that breaking through 3400c might sling it a long way.

SILVER and GOLD will keep on moving higher tomorrow.

Taking Responsibility

   One of the keys to anyone's success is taking responsibility for his actions. By disclaiming responsibility for our present we crush the prospects of an incredible future that might have been ours.
  Life is all about choices, choices are decisions and there are consequences to every decision we make. Good or bad we must take responsibility for them,we can not allow ourselves to blame others for the choices that we make. Our thinking dictates our decisions. If we think that we can not do it than we will not do it.
   The beginning of wisdom is to accept the responsibility for our problems. If we allow ourselves to blame others for our position in life than we will never change. By taking responsibility for our choices we are saying yea I messed up but I am learning from it and moving on.
  From the time we started learning which is when we were born we started making decisions  and each decision leads to another. Your future is what you decide it will be.

Champions

Champions, these young ladies showed what happens when a team starts believing in theirselves in one weekend.
They went from not winning any games in the regular season to taking home the trophy in the tournament. Every team mate was just as inspiring to watch then the next. Each player gave more than 100 percent.
      Won on sat morning warm up game than preceded to win three games Sunday in a single elimination tournament. My daughter had the game winning hit in the Saturday game. Sorry to say   I was not able to make it to that game, but  I got up sun morn. To watch them play. They did not look like a team that had only one game all year. They were a team on a winning streak.  Winning is contagious my daughter told me that she woke up sat morning thinking she had 2 more games to play and the season would be over, she had no idea that she would be holding a trophy on Sunday. But after she got that hit Saturday morning everything changed. It picked the whole team up. They were finally winners. They liked it.

 My daughter went on to have 3 more hits and scored several runs as her team mates and her inspired each other on. People that have not hit all year was hitting Team mates was " picking ' each up My daughter made an error  that allowed a run to score but she did not let it get her down. She came up to bat in the bottom of the Inning and got her 3 hit in a row and scored to tie the game and after that the team rolled.  

  My hat goes off to the Lady Eagles of Collins Hill Middle School. You are all Champions and Hannah Martin you are my inspiration.
